The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of Mining, EPC, Human Capital, SHE, Supply Chain based on a pre-determined rotation program.
1) Graduate Development Program - EPC
Description:
The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering and operation based on a pre-determined rotation program.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering with maximum graduated in 2022.
- Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
- Have minimum 480 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
- Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
- Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
- Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
2) Graduate Development Program - Human Capital
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Any Major with maximum graduated in 2022
- Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
- Have minimum 480 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills

3) Graduate Development Program - OHSE 1
Description:

- Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
- Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
