1) ELECTRICIAN
Duties and responsibilities:
- To carry out maintenance and ongoing construction of the electrical infrastructure on POSB. Further to this be willing to assist with other jobs on base when there id no electrical work in progress
- Planning the necessary material to perform outstanding Work Order.
- Proposing the action to complete the job and ask approval from Maintenance Foreman / Supervisor.
- Ensuring the quality of job to avoid reworking the job.
- Ensuring the readiness of working and supporting tools by conducting daily tools preparation activities.
- Recording and reporting any use of electrical parts.
- Maintain and take care all tools and facilities, operational light vehicle in good condition.
- Report any unsafe condition and communicate to superior.
- Hold the safety procedures in performing work from time to time in order to prevent the incident/near miss incident, including : perform jobs whilst consider the housekeeping of surrounding area and support all safety program.
- Maintain full compliance to Waste Segregation Policy.
- Control and eliminate the unnecessary use of resources; water and power in order to reduces energy consumption within area of responsibility.
- Follow and understand all Health, Safety and Environmental system and procedures. Conduct activities according to Code of Conduct principles.
- Provide support and assistance for Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation and maintain third party accreditation (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
- Identify any environmental issue within area of responsibility to contribute in looking after the environment.
- Preferably Male
- Minimum SMA / SMK Electrician, with experience 3-6 years in Electrician
- Willing to work extend hours to meet the target
- Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
- Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism
- Ahli K3 Listrik
- Willing to work in Balikpapan, shift schedule
- Contract Base

2) GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER
Job description:
- Manage, plan, organize and administer assigned activities of Administrative Services within the Head Office
Duties and responsibilities:
- Correctly monitors and priorities all forms/document prior sign by CFO
- Collect & maintain inventory/equipment record
- Manage office supplies (Stationary & Kitchen supplies) for office”
- Arrange driver operational schedule"
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Manage and arrange Corporate Mobile phone
- Book the meeting room and arrange for food and drinks for extended meetings or a company event
- Keeping calendar and zoom meeting schedule accuracy and smoothness of flow
- Maintain Office cleanliness and properly managed
- Support any administrative requirement such double check Invoice/Billing Travel and Accommodation & mobile phone, administer correspondence
- Support distribution of outgoing document and package via appointed Courier
- Create Purchasing Requisition (PR) and Service Entry Sheet (SES) on SAP program and Manual PR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree major in Administrative from reputable university,
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
- 0-1 years’ experience in General Affair
- Detail oriented, English proficiency (Advance)
- Highly self-motivated person, familiar with working with the deadline and target.

3) COMMERCIAL ADMIN
Description:
- Maintain and meet all of Company’s reporting requirements on Insurance, provide knowledge, guidance and information to Interport group projects to ensure their compliance with project insurance requirements
- This role is also required to support in contract administration to ensure database contract is updated
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure Company / project requirement are fulfilled
- To be able to provide recommendation to Company as per necessity
- To ensure all supporting document required is fulfilled
- To ensure insurance costs are charged to projects correctly
- To ensure subcontractor are fulfill their obligation as per the contract To ensure contract data available to use by operation (via PBMS) and finance (via SAP)
- To ensure the effectiveness of the program conform to official standard & requirement
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mathematics or Economy/ Actuary
- Experience 1-3 years in Insurance officer, preferably from Insurance or EPC
- Placement: Jakarta
